Sad News - About 50 Peoples were killed by Boko Haram in Adamawa, Borno.

The BOKO Haram terrorists struck between Sunday and yesterday in Maiduguri, Borno State and Madagali, Adamawa State, leaving 50 people dead and scores injured.
In Adamawa State attack, two female bombers killed 30 people, while at least 20 died in the Maiduguri mosque incident. But there are conflicting accounts of the attack.
Executive Secretary of Adamawa State Emergency Management Agency (ADSEMA), Haman Furo, confirmed the attack, but said he didn’t have the casualty figures yet.
“We will get that across as soon as we have the situation under control,” he said.
The Brigade Commander, 28 Task Force Brigade, Mubi, Brig. Gen. Victor Ezugwu, confirmed that two female suicide bombers detonated explosives in Madagali.
“Two female suicide bombers struck at a motorpark in Madagali and detonated their devices and we lost some beloved country -men,” he said.
Ezugwu, who also did not disclose the number of casualties, said the situation had been brought under control and that security had been beefed up in the town.
He urged the people to be vigilant and security- conscious. Some eyewitnesses at the scene said the two female suicide bombers detonated their IEDs at the motorpark around 9 a.m.
They said that several people lost their lives and others were injured.
In Maiduguri, the terrorists killed 20 people. The victims were said to have gathered around a mosque.
The explosion went off as residents speculated that a fleeing Boko Ha- ram bomber abandoned an Improvised Explosive De- vice (IED)in the area during Sunday night’s attack on the city.
Giving his own ac- count, a police officer, who doesn’t what to be named, said the victims had gathered to investigate if a bomb was truly abandoned in the mosque.
“I have never seen such foolishness when people would go peeping into a mosque to find out if truly there was an explosive deposited in a place. But sadly, the bomb went off and over 20 persons were killed and many injured.”
However, Mallam Suleiman, a primary school teacher in the area, disagreed. He said the people normally sit down around the mosque in the morning. The place is like a meeting point where neighbours converge to relax.
“After the morning prayers, they just sat down outside the mosque as usual and then the bomb went off. It was not suicide bombing like that of last night. It may have been planted.”
