Facebook is congratulating users on having friendships for 46 years - leaving everyone a little puzzled.
The widespread bug has been noticed by users on the social networking site, with experts at Facebook believing it was caused by an "epoch time" Unix operating system bug.
It counts the seconds that have passed since January 1, 1970, and the bug may have sent the clock back to zero - leaving friendship dates wrongly set to have begun on December 31, 1969.
