Snow set to devastate flood-hit communities

The Met Office has issued yellow "be aware" warnings for snow and ice is parts of the UK already devastated by flooding.
Communities which have been battered by flooding in the wake of Storm Frank are being warned that snow is on its way.
The Environment Agency (EA) has issued more than a dozen warnings across the UK to warn residents to expect more rainfall in the Midlands, North East, North West and Wales.
But it is now feared that the clean-up efforts in the flood-hit areas of Scotland hit by Storm Frank could be hampered by ice and snow.
Earlier, the EA said flood-ravaged regions will continue to face high river levels, particularly the River Severn in parts of Shropshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire and the River Ouse near York.
