The former Arsenal, Chelsea and Real Madrid midfielder is being monitored by United after impressing for Marseille this season

Manchester United are keeping tabs on Marseille’s Lassana Diarra, according to L’Equipe.

The report claims that United are monitoring the former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder, and will consider a move for the 30-year-old this summer.

Diarra has impressed since returning to Ligue 1 at the start of the season and his performances earned him a call-up to France’s national side after a five-year absence.

The midfielder, who also spent nearly four years at Real Madrid, was also voted Ligue 1 Player of the Month for September.
