Italian coach is available to take over at short notice with the under pressure French champions struggling in recent weeks
Former Man City and Inter boss Roberto Mancini is once again being linked with a move to Paris Saint Germain, with Unai Emery under increasing pressure.
Things have not been going well for PSG in recent weeks, with a 3-0 defeat at Montpellier in Ligue 1 follwed by a surprising 2-2 Champions league draw with Ludogorets costing them top spot in their group.
PSG did at least manage to salvage a 2-2 draw against Nice on Sunday, when a defeat could have had former Sevilla boss Emery in even bigger trouble.
The draw with Nice still leaves PSG trailing them in the Ligue 1 table though, and matters were already bad enough for the team to boycott the media ahead of the game as a reaction to the negative coverage os their struggles.
Mancini was linked with a move to Paris back in May, when he rubbished those reports as 'a hoax' , but now those reports have resurfaced again.
Le Parisien reports that plans are already in place to bring in Mancini if results get much worse and the club's hierarchy decide to make a switch, with the Italian readily available at short notice.
