Phil Brockwell, of Centreline Air, said the exact reason for the aircraft spinning out of control was unknown.
“It was at a fairly low speed of its departure, at which point it veered off the runway, for reasons for which we have some guesses,” he said.
Brockwell added that the crew on board the aircraft were “fine”.

All emergency services in the Norfolk area have confirmed they were not called into action to deal with the incident.
The airport reopened at 9:58pm and will operate as normal today.
The incident delayed the return of the City staff and squad who were travelling home after beating Norwich 3-0 at Carrow Road.
