The Chelsea defender has six months left on his contract at Stamford Bridge and has reportedly been targeted by the Italian giants, who are keen to bolster their defence
Milan are ready to launch a January bid for Chelsea full-back Branislav Ivanovic as they seek to bolster their defence.
The 32-year-old has six months remaining on his current deal at Stamford Bridge and has thus far failed to agree terms over an extension.
Ivanovic has struggled for form this season, with the Blues currently 14th in the Premier League, but has made 16 league appearances, scoring once.
And the Mirror claim that Milan are keen to sign Ivanovic quickly, as they fear he will have more options this summer, with Chelsea in genuine danger of missing out on European football.
